[geary/wip/20-cert-pinning: 22/36] Update Geary.ConnectivityManager to check a GSocketConnectable

commit 3c89a2fb237c23ad6364461c5a2dbf28acb7d117
Author: Michael Gratton <mike vee net>
Date: Thu Dec 27 16:48:40 2018 +1100

Update Geary.ConnectivityManager to check a GSocketConnectable

This will enable using other connectable types (e.g. those needed to
connect to SRV records). Rename `address_error_reported` to reflect the
    error could be more general.
