    Lots of updates to user help
    
    There's a lot of room for improvement still. E.g. I haven't updated any
    of the images, and I haven't replaced the bookmarks documentation that I
    previously deleted. Other features like reader mode aren't documented at
    all. But this is better than we had before.
    
    This also adds a new page for clearing personal data.
