    Treat 'Unknown' ResponseType as Needs-Action
    
    When creating a new meeting the attendees have returned by the server
    an 'Unknown' ResponseType, which turned into 'Unknown' in the Evolution
    UI (meeting editor). Treat it as Needs-Action instead.
