    [Calendar] Fix issues with attendees editing of an existing meeting
    
    Two things:
    - when reading existing attendees keep also the mailto: protocol
      in the "email", because it's required by RFC 5545
    - when clicking the Attendees... button to add/remove attendees
      by picking them from a book, the dialog had not added existing
      attendees, thus those had been removed when the dialog closed.
