[gtk] StyleContext: Don't advise using invalidate()

    StyleContext: Don't advise using invalidate()
    
    It doesn't exist anymore! Also, set_display() is not needed/used in the
    demo cited, and we were still referring to gtk3-demo, not gtk4-demo.
