    Revert "splash: Add 2.10 splash image + svg"
    
    This reverts commit ea3de6d52491ef36f3d24d3f46f5728e906a06e2.
    Previous splash had never been used in a dev release. Let's use it for
    GIMP 3 port. Updating also the version number to display "2.99".
