[gnome-documents] build: Add dependency over libgepub-0.6

    build: Add dependency over libgepub-0.6
    
    Since 3.27.92, gnome-documents depends over libgepub-0.6. However,
    this dependency is a runtime dependency.
    
    This patch checks if libgepub-0.6 is avaiable.
