2.10: Add screenshots and spellcheck 2.10 release-notes
TODO: The videos I added are not hosted on download.gimp.org.
They are on pixls.us temporarily. When schumaml gets a moment
coordinate to upload the videos to the proper place, and adjust
the release-notes as appropriate.
Add some links in the 2.10 release notes.
Add various screenshots/videos.
