commit 09d6022881cdb6d2fbf319c7b5969d749d4d1caf
Author: Ray Strode <rstrode redhat com>

on_bus_lost currently calls gsm_manager_set_phase (NULL, ...),
because a local is shadowing a global.
This commit fixes that.
