[gtk+] Start reftests for gsk

commit 8beb78149dcabed5425a718ef2ca3f22c4e2ef97
Author: Matthias Clasen <mclasen redhat com>
Date: Mon Oct 2 00:18:08 2017 -0400

    Start reftests for gsk

Add a framework similar to what we have for gtk reftests
that lets us drop in a function to generate render nodes,
    and compare reference output.
