[gtkmm] Gtk::Image: Fix Image(pixbuf)

    Gtk::Image: Fix Image(pixbuf)
    
    The Image(const Glib::RefPtr<Gdk::Pixbuf>& pixbuf) constructor must be
    hand-coded now. GtkImage no longer has a "pixbuf" property.
