    Fix buildapp/Makefile.am and buildapp/README
    
    * examples/book/buildapp/Makefile.am: Fix the build of resources.c in
    steps 8 and 9.
    * examples/book/buildapp/README: Describe how to make the application
    find the saved preferences.
