commit cb019a186eb5da8b854638b0c34b58fb8cd74401
Author: Sébastien Wilmet <swilmet gnome org>

Include Gtef in developer.gnome.org
I've used
instead of <_abstract> because Gtef is an acronym.
If "GTK+ Text Editor Framework" is translated it will no longer match
the acronym. I prefer that it's not translated.
