[gspell] InlineCheckerTextBuffer: remove gtk_widget_queue_draw() hack

    InlineCheckerTextBuffer: remove gtk_widget_queue_draw() hack
    
    With the PANGO_UNDERLINE_SINGLE it is no longer needed normally.
