    flatpak: Rename unstable manifest
    
    To make transitions from one stable release to the next easier, it
    is recommended to use two manifests (one stable and one unstable),
    rather than the same manifest on different branches[0]. We will
    follow that pattern, so start by adding an -unstable suffix to
    the manifest on master.
