[latexila] Rename to GNOME LaTeX: README, HACKING, NEWS and AUTHORS (first pass)

    Rename to GNOME LaTeX: README, HACKING, NEWS and AUTHORS (first pass)
    
    LaTeXila was a fun name when I was a student, but I no longer really
    like it.
