    webkitgtk: disable gobject-introspection on armv7a
    
    Disable gobject-introspection on armv7a and armv7ve
    to avoid do_compile failure:
    
    | qemu: uncaught target signal 11 (Segmentation fault) - core dumped
    | Segmentation fault
