filemap: remove FilemapSeek class
FIEMAP API was added to Linux kernel 2.6.28 back in 2008
SEEK_HOLE and SEEK_DATA API was added much letter.
As FIEMAP is used by filemap module as a default API it's
safe to remove FileMpSeek class as it's never used.
