    tests: Fix dbus/filedescriptor-errors.test
    
    Avoid the creation of a conflicting "pipe" symbol which is defined
    by unistd.h while using posix.
    
    This has been hidden by the current test framework, testrunner.sh,
    because that script adds a namespace around each test.
