[epiphany/wip/meson: 1/2] Copy gvdb sources into epiphany

commit 5e2afd83797c76400450c2ee3af85fe9c306bd86
Author: Michael Catanzaro <mcatanzaro igalia com>
Date: Wed Apr 26 19:47:24 2017 -0500

    Copy gvdb sources into epiphany

It's not really intended to be a submodule and it does not work properly
    with meson's handling of submodules.
