[sysprof/wip/visualizers] line-visualizer: plumb off-screen rendering mechanics

commit 24477d41cf4a7f17e78c3234a359087b3c6ce3f1
Author: Christian Hergert <chergert redhat com>
Date: Mon Sep 26 17:38:47 2016 -0700

    line-visualizer: plumb off-screen rendering mechanics

This starts getting the mechanics in place for off screen
rendering using a cairo image surface. We create our own
point cache for storing x,y pairs and then simplify our
    drawing based on that.
