    Added drc and jimmac design dates to team.md
    
    TY drc for providing dates/information to add his design date
    and Carols being maintainer as well as jimmac design date
    coinciding with 2.4 release.
    
    Added Pat David design date coinciding with 20th anniversary
    on 2015-11.
