    Use AM_DISTCHECK_CONFIGURE_FLAGS
    
    DISTCHECK_CONFIGURE_FLAGS is for users and packagers to override
    distcheck options, while AM_DISTCHECK_CONFIGURE_FLAGS is for the
    maintainer of the software.
