[gimp] Bug 759104 - Allow coordinates of sample points to be accessed from scripts

commit d7bf9de526340c164059920347d1045d1241161d
Author: Michael Natterer <mitch gimp org>
Date: Mon Jan 4 21:13:48 2016 +0100

Bug 759104 - Allow coordinates of sample points to be accessed from scripts

Add PDB sample point API similar to how the guide API works. Add core
API similar to the core guide API to make guide and sample point APIs
    as similar as possible.
