[gtk+] Use stupid quotes instead of dumb quotes

commit 3c54fbd3acb572d8b7e6022bc3de496689a9bb62
Author: Matthias Clasen <mclasen redhat com>
Date: Sun Sep 20 02:32:48 2015 -0400

Use stupid quotes instead of dumb quotes

Following a similar change in GLib a while ago.

'bla' may by stupid, but it looks less dumb than `bla'.
