[orca] Remove 'context' attribute from new translatable strings in .ui file

commit 2d8e91a6ea4370cdd6cdad40267f4149fc6d574f
Author: Joanmarie Diggs <jdiggs igalia com>
Date: Thu Nov 12 05:27:20 2015 -0500

Remove 'context' attribute from new translatable strings in .ui file

Just in case it is triggering a bug being seen by a translator.
(His translated strings are not getting pulled in when the GUI is
shown in his environment, but just for these four items....)
