     <p>Popup notification banners have been repositioned as a part of the redesign, so that they appear 
towards the top of the screen. This makes them more noticable, and prevents them from interfering with text 
input at the bottom of the screen. As with the previous notifications design, actions can be taken on popup 
banners, including making chat replies.</p>
