    Gtk::IconInfo, Widget: Deprecate API which is deprecated in gtk+
    
    * gtk/src/iconinfo.hg: Deprecate get_builtin_pixbuf().
    * gtk/src/widget.hg: Deprecate drag_begin() without x,y coordinates.
