[latexila] Project dialogs: make them a bit bigger

    Project dialogs: make them a bit bigger
    
    So that the titles are not ellipsized even for other languages than
    English.
    
    With larger dialogs, expanding horizontally the file choosers is ugly,
    so remove the hexpand's.
    
    The result is good in both English and French, and I think there is
    enough place for the titles in other languages.
