[gnome-todo] storage-goa: use webdav backend

    storage-goa: use webdav backend
    
    While EDS doesn't have proper WebDAV support, it
    can't create new lists (agendas, tasklists and
    notes). Because of that, we have to deal with it,
    since it's too late to try to create a new webdav
    library from scratch.
