    Docs: Use doxygen-extra.css
    
    * configure.ac: Require mm-common 0.9.7.
    * docs/.gitignore: Ignore doxygen-extra.css.
    * docs/reference/Doxyfile.in: Use doxygen-extra.css instead of doxygen.css.
