docs: Draft of Quick Add page complete. Updated status of index.
I've completed an initial, working draft of the
cal-event-quick-add.page document. It should be serviceable for
the 0.2 release, but I've marked it as 'review' for now. I'd
like for others to take a look at it.
Also updated the status of the index page.

+
Use the Quick Add Feature to Add Events

One of the best features of <app>California</app> is how it allows you to
add events to your calendar using everyday language. In <app>California</app>
this is called the Quick Add feature.

+
+
The best way to see how the Quick Add feature works is to look at
+ a few examples.

+
+

+
Create Both One-Time and Recurring Events

-
To add an event using the Quick Add feature, you need to supply
- three pieces of information:

- <list>
-

What the event is.

-

The day the event will occur.

-

The time the event will start.

- </list>
+
We can use the Quick Add feature to add events that occur only
+ one time and events that occur more than once:

-
Let's look at a few examples:

+ <steps>
+

Start by Pressing the <gui>Plus</gui> button in the upper-right
+ portion of <app>California's</app> <gui>menu bar</gui>, or by pressing
+ <keyseq><key>Ctrl</key><key>N</key></keyseq>.

+
The Quick Add window will appear.

+
+

Enter the details of your event. You can describe the event using
+ natural language:

+ <list ui:expanded="false">
+
Examples of one-time events

+

Meet James at the movies on Saturday at 11:00am.

+

+

+

Meet Petr, Jana and Florian at Al Capone's Pizza on Saturday
+ at 7:00pm

+ </list>

+ <list ui:expanded="false">
+
Examples of recurring events

+

Take out the trash every Tuesday at 7:30am

+

Swimming class every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00pm

+

+

Mom's birthday every year on April 16th

+ </list>
+

+
+

After you have entered your event details, press
+ <gui>Create</gui>. <app>California</app> will use the information that you
+ have entered to create the event on your calendar.

+ </steps>
+ <note style="tip">
By default, the Quick Add feature will create
