schemas: Change default button-layout in window decorations

Mutter has added support for an "appmenu" button which is equivalent
to "menu" in GtkSettings:gtk-decoration-layout. Add it to the default
layout while also dropping minimize and maximize, to match GTK+'s
    defaults.
