    GtkTreeView documentation fixes
    
    Add documentation for GtkTreeView::move-cursor
    
    Add links to GtkTreeModel::row-inserted and GtkTreeModel::row-deleted
    in the documentation for gtk_tree_view_set_reorderable ().
