[cogl/cogl-1.18] auto-texture: Adds cogl-auto-texture.h header

commit 1472c5beb29e8868f68317771d2d0c66b6f2b17f
Author: Robert Bragg <robert linux intel com>
Date:   Thu Jan 2 01:39:56 2014 +0000

    auto-texture: Adds cogl-auto-texture.h header

    This moves all of the automagic texture constructor prototypes from
    cogl-texture.h into a new deprecated/cogl-auto-texture.h file. This also
    moves cogl_texture_new_from_sub_texture() into
    deprecated/cogl-auto-texture.c
