    Added myself into gimp-web-urls* for short reference on pages.  Updated tutorials/index to include the 
new Layer Masks Tut.
    
    Added my information to gimp-web-urls*.
    Added link to tutorials/index.htrw so if the new tutorial for Layer Masks passes muster,
    this will update the tutorials list to include it.
