[glib] Add a request_certificate virtual method to GTlsInteraction

commit 65af7c47fff4ab04f26d6c8e33c6a01e19139613
Author: Stef Walter <stefw gnome org>
Date: Wed Nov 28 22:01:21 2012 +0100

Add a request_certificate virtual method to GTlsInteraction

This allows GTlsConnection implementations to request a certificate
    from the user.
