    GStreamerSharp: refactoring to reuse a method in PlayerEngine.AudioSinkBin
    
    The nested class PlayerEngine.AudioSinkBin already contains a method
    to get the request pad of audiotee, so it's better to reuse it from
    all the places where it does the same.
