    docs: Add help to pin notes
    
    Added user help on how to pin and un-pin notes to Tomboy
    message tray icon.
    Added seealso link to addins-preferences page as it
    controls the number of items shown in recent list.
    Recent list is a common topic between pin-notes and
    addins-preferences pages.
    Updated TODO file: user help to pin a note added.

+  <p>The recent list of <app>Tomboy</app> notes you have accessed are shown
