    Updated tutorial index to include new GIMP_Quickies tutorial, and remove old GIMPLite_Quickies link.
    
    If the GIMP_Quickies tutorial looks ok, this commit will remove the link
    to the old GIMPLite_Quickies tutorial, and replace it with a link to the
    new GIMP_Quickies instead.
