[libxml2] Get rid of 'REPLACEMENT CHARACTER' Unicode chars in xmlschemas.c

commit 761c9e99019dfd778352f5d8ed037c5ca0272aa4
Author: Jan Pokorný <jpokorny redhat com>
Date: Fri Nov 29 23:26:27 2013 +0100

Get rid of 'REPLACEMENT CHARACTER' Unicode chars in xmlschemas.c

Middle dot pairs (as in [1]) turned to grave accents/backticks,
section signs to dollars (for compatibility with ASCII).
