[easytag/wip/gsettings: 1/24] Add GSettings schema

commit e809440b9d2856b898e413d9e86013aaed3b9e8c
Author: David King <amigadave amigadave com>
Date: Sat Feb 16 22:52:59 2013 +0000

    Add GSettings schema

Leave the keys that depend on enums and flags commented for now, as the
enum values need to be generated with glib-mkenums.
