    Add "cleared" file system format details to the GParted Manual (#688882)
    
    Minimum update explaining the meaning of the cleared and unformatted
    file system types.
    
    Also markup file system names as GUI menu items.
    
    Bug #688882 - Improve clearing of file system signatures
