    Help: Modified two help files.
    
    gs-execute-commands.page:
    Changed incorrect page ID.
    
    pref-custom-shells.page:
    Reworded help to explain relationship between shells, programs
    and commands.
    Added one more step for user to verify whether the custom shell
    or command set if working OK.
