    Fix weston-launch brokenness
    
    Apparently sigprocmask is inherited across fork and execve, so
    when started by weston-launch we get the broken mask with INT, TERM
    and CHLD blocked.
    
    In particular, mutter was not noticing that xwayland was crashing.
