[cogl/wip/cogl-1.14: 153/177] doc: Fix the remaining broken internal cross-references

commit d65e4068b844b8e640262ccddc13527762e3f317
Author: Damien Lespiau <damien lespiau intel com>

doc: Fix the remaining broken internal cross-references

Symbols changed names, %1 makes gtk-doc sad and some referenced symbols
were missing in the -sections.txt file.
