[gtk+] GtkHeaderBar: Add a ::has-subtitle property

commit 1a6a86a867353de282da31517828316a0773fd8f
Author: Matthias Clasen <mclasen redhat com>
Date:   Tue Dec 10 22:57:13 2013 -0500

    GtkHeaderBar: Add a ::has-subtitle property

    It is a fairly common case to just want a title, and not
    reserve extra space for a subtitle. This is much easier
    to get right by setting a boolean property than by
    constructing a custom title widget.
