[gnome-settings-daemon] smartcard: ignore softtoken

    smartcard: ignore softtoken
    
    For some reason that I haven't fully fleshed out, sometimes
    the soft token gets into the "will load list" and then havoc
    ensues.
    
    This commit fixes that by explicitly ignoring built-in modules.
