[mutter] MonitorManager: fix handling of output transform

commit 522542c4868f0ba4347996dcb746a9c9f2888529
Author: Giovanni Campagna <gcampagn redhat com>
Date: Wed Jul 24 10:01:57 2013 +0200

MonitorManager: fix handling of output transform

Read the current transform from XRandR, and expose the transforms
that are really supported on the bus.
The dummy backend now advertises all transforms, since it doesn't
    actually apply them.
