[cogl] texture: remove cogl_texture_get_rowstride

commit 44db6b2199c4d421bdc46bab8a9f702464dda46f
Author: Robert Bragg <robert linux intel com>

    texture: remove cogl_texture_get_rowstride

cogl_texture_get_rowstride was a nonsensical api to have ever been added
and has been marked as deprecated for some time now so this patch
    removes the function.
